This is my favorite Probiotic after no longer being able to get my usual probiotic. It did take me several months to realize when I needed to take it to make it work. At first, I took it in the morning and afternoon, drinking lots of water afterward as one should with probiotics. After multiple incidents during the night over months of use, it almost worked as I needed. I switched to taking in the Afternoon (3 pm) and at bedtime, and drinking lots of water at bedtime, as one should with probiotics all day! :-) It now works great. I'm regular just before bedtime, and life is happy. My septic has no problems either! :-) I feel great when I have great movements, enough said! It's tasteless and otherwise I am healthy.
