Used to read this to my children & now to my grandkids

My one year old's favorite book since about age 6 months. Very cute story, not scary at all, and has big tabs and thick pages that are easy for little fingers to turn while fine motor skills are still developing. Some other board books are hard even for me because the pages stick together, but this one is wonderful.I didn't like other books in this series, so this was the winner.Oh yeah, and it's our second copy of the book. The first one was well loved :-DEdit: There are also hand motions that go with the story. Around the one year age, my kid LOVED doing the motions with me.

One years old grandchild likes to look at this book and enjoys turning pages easily

The song is a little different than the original but I think it's better! Got it for him at 18 months. He still loves it at 20 months. He wants me to spontaneously sing the son for him even if the book isn't around.

This is a really adorable little book. Although the rhyme is slightly different than the one I know & say, it’s still very cute. I absolutely love the illustrations & my 1 year old LOVES this book - I think because of the tabbed pages perhaps? I am giving it 4 stars because it does have a bit of a strange chemical smell to the book when you open the pages & flip through.

My one year old loves all the finger and toes books but this is her favorite. It's super cute and she loves to try to make the hand gestures along with us.

He loves turning the pages himself.

This version wasn't what I thought I ordered but it is actually BETTER! -Fun children's rhyming story that also gives interactive hand motions to go along with the rhyme- super cute and new parents will enjoy sharing with baby!

This is a bright and sturdy book. My daughter read it daily for over a year as an infant going into toddlerhood. She did eventually tear it apart, but it provided so many laughs and she still sings the song and performs the actions along to it. Bought a second one as a gift.

Un libro che ripropone il classico video delle scimmie che saltano sul letto è uno stimolo per imparare a contare ed apprendere le prime parole in inglese. L’ho trovato educativo e alla mia bimba è piaciuto tanto.

Les pages sont épaisses et les onglets sympas. Il y a des signes pour étayer les paroles mais en 1 ou 2 mainupations les pages se sont séparées de la tranche... Quel dommage... (livre en anglais reprenant la comptine de 5 singes... Puis la conclusion)

Compré este libro a mi hijo porque era una de sus canciones favoritas.Es un libro muy resistente. Aunque en la descripción dice que es de cartón más bien es de foam rígido. Las ilustraciones son bonitas y muy coloridas.Fue una sorpresa ver que en cada página vienen ilustraciones con los gestos que hay que hacer y en la parte posterior de las pestañas otra con los dedos que hay que levantar.Y nos encantó que el libro terminara con una página en la que todos los monitos vuelven a la cama a dormir (aunque no sepamos cómo cantar esa parte).
