LOVE!!
I LOVE my scooter. Enjoyed going to Disney World for the first time in years. Did have to charge for battery life at the Magic Kingdom during lunch, but lasted all day at Animal Kingdom. The large comfortable seat is amazing. I like that it has a keys for ignition and battery. The rear basket is perfect for the extras you have to carry. You can also hang a backpack on the seat.Easy to maneuver and foldable for easy transport.I would like to purchase an extra battery. It’s very difficult to find it though.

Light weight and portable
I ordered it yesterday at 2p and received it this morning around 11am very fast delivery. i like that it would fold and go in my trunk in my car. I like it has a 37 v battery. I like you can bring it in the house to charge it, or on the bike itself. I like the good size tires. I like you can use the back up feature. I like that you can lock the battery in. big seat a plus I love the basket. I love the foot peddles are cool. its a pretty cool scooter! the only thing I dont like is that it will roll if your not on it in drive or reverse. would hopefully buy another battery for a back up. More clearer directions for putting it together. haven't rid it around much yet. but I will!!

Inherent tip over issues
Scooter does not have anti tip wheels to prevent the scooter from flipping over backwards. With the motor and brake on the front wheel if the scooter rolls backwards there is little braking effect. I flipped over backwards and struck my head on the road. I was not badly injured but I could have been. This scooter is not safe to use until some type of anti flip device is installed at the rear. Look online at all the other scooters, they all have small wheels to prevent back tipovers.

I’m very happy with my scooter
I put it together in maybe 45 minutes. Getting it out of the box was kind of a challenge for me but I just cut out the front of the box and rolled it out. It has plenty of pep when you want it. Since I just got it today, I can’t speak to battery life. I’ve noticed that you can’t park it on a hill without it wanting to roll a little. Usually though a person would want to park it on a flat surface. If it must be parked on an incline, some chocks might be advisable. It’s a very nice smooth ride. I think I’ll have a lot of fun with it.Update: I was curious how to get support or parts if needed. I used the “Get Product Support” button where your order is. I received a very prompt response. I asked another question and received another prompt and satisfactory response. They said that lead time for replacement wheels is one to two weeks. This seems reasonable to me. So if you have any questions or need replacement parts, go to the “Get Product Support” button that is with your order.

Perfect for our handicapped son.
This scooter is perfect for my handicapped son. It is stable when turning (doesn't tip). The battery can be removed and charged indoors, so the scooter can stay in the garage. The weather has not been good, so we've not tested how long/far the battery goes. It would be really nice to have a second battery, and that is where our only concern comes in. The scooter came with a booklet with minimal instruction and no reference to where it came from? Service or parts for future? It mentions warranty forfeiture if you don't charge the battery correctly, but there is no address or contact information to register the product or find future service, spare parts/batteries, etc. The only contact right now is through Amazon messaging, however, the vendor has contacted us and assured us that updated information and parts availability will be coming soon. This seems to be a very new product.

Don't buy it!!!
At first, I loved this scooter. Bought it jan 2024 and now that I've had it for a year, I am so incredibly disappointed! The battery doesn't last anywhere near what they claim....I am getting maybe 4 miles out of each charge. The scooter itself cannot go more than 6 mph.....on a good day! A few months ago I noticed Amazon was selling the battery for over $300.....it's not worth it! I paid $1300 for this contraption and it's not worth it! Mobiligo has a lot of false advertisement on this item. I should get a replacement battery for free! So sorry I purchased this, but it has everything I was looking for and the potential is there. Also, the ability to get in touch with manufacturers are non existent ....never got a response from a question I asked!

A great scooter
I'm not one to leave reviews on Amazon, but I am quite pleased with this purchase. I've bought several scooters before this one and returned them because none of them really met my needs. This one truly fits all the functions I was looking for. It's very easy to assemble, instruction are clear, the battery lasts a long time, and the scooter has multiple speeds, so I can pick up the pace when I'm in a hurry (always within the rules, of course 😄) and slow down when I want to enjoy the scenery. One little extra that made me happy is the retractable pedals around the front wheel to place your feet on. They might not be visible in the pictures, but they are indeed present and very useful.

Brakes are the weakness
Seems to be well built and the air tires give a comfortable ride. However, the brakes are the week point. this only has a front brake with no parking lock. In an incline, holding the front brake will lock the front wheel allowing it to slide. As the rear can free wheel you will still roll. Very dangerous while stopping on a sidewalk incline as you will slide backwards.
