I'm in Love with These!
Way to go, Razer! I love these speakers! First, let's talk about the RGB, just to get that out of the way. I love it. It's customizable, it looks great, and it's something that I incorporate into every part of my build whenever possible. Is it worth the extra money compared to the Nommo? That's up to you to decide! Now, let's talk about the size. For what they are, I thought they'd take up more space on my desk than they do. I'm able to fit them onto my already crowded desk with ease, position them to where I want them, and still be able to reach the control knobs, hear them well, etc. They're perfect in my scenario. How do they sound though? Honestly; pretty damn good! I wasn't expecting them to sound as good as I think they do. I'd watched several reviews on YouTube before purchasing, so I knew they had a good sound quality, but it honestly is better than I expected, especially when it comes to the bass. It can be easily adjusted with the bass knob on the base of the right speaker, and it's very boomy when it's turned all the way up. It doesn't drown out the mids or highs though, which come through very well at all volume levels and bass levels. Nice and crisp! These honestly are amazing to me, and I think anyone would be happy with them if they're already thinking about getting them. They're not Sennheiser level of sound quality, but for being made by a company that makes products for gaming, these do well in all scenarios; games, movies and music!

Synapse 3 (not 4) for booming bass!
Great speakers with excellent bass, given how compact these are. Out of box with no setup, the bass knob won't blow you away. In fact, you may feel you have just wasted your money but before doing anything drastic you must download Razer Synapse and set the speaker EQ to something like Music, then prepare to turn the bass knob down. These speakers really won't impress until you set them up properly. One small thing to note (which may save you days of troubleshooting), the newest Razer Synapse software is version 4. This version reverts the speaker EQ settings every time you reboot or power off your speakers. Save yourself the headache and just download Razer Synapse 3 to enjoy your booming bass!

Razor Nommo Chroma Speakers
I had some doubts about these speakers. but I’m a major Razer brand fan. Speaker setup was super simple and easy. The equalizer could use a little more fine tuning but The quality of the speakers are nice and overall listening experience is pleasant. Bass quality is a big step up if you don’t want a regular sub woofer these are enough for normal desktop users. I’d recommend this product 100%

Great 2.0 speakers, they even have bass
The first thing I listened to after hooking up these new speakers amazed me. I went from a $30 or $40 2.1 setup from Logitech which was ok, but never impressed me much, it was just a first step up from the ones built into my monitor. I figured going from those to the Nommo here I would gain some sound quality but lose the bass from the subwoofer in the Logitech set, but that wasn't the case at all. Amazingly, whether this was a failure on Logitech's part or some fancy engineering on Razer's, the Nommos without the sub actually have more bass! I only have the bass dial at about 50% and it's plenty for me. People that really like to feel the thump in their chest will probably still need a subwoofer, but for everyone else, these are amazing. Pros: The volume range goes from a whisper to cringing loud all through the built in volume knob, and having an off position is nice. As I pointed out already, the bass control knob is also really nice, and noon or about 50% sounded best to me. The option to have aux in beyond the normal input is a nice option, though I will probably never use it. Headphone passthrough is also handy so that you probably won't have to change any volume settings on your pc. I really like the rather understated aesthetic, just simple shapes and all black. Cons: Like some others have said, they are quite big. This no doubt allows for the impressive bass performance, but it also makes my desk feel a bit cramped. It would be nice for the cord connecting the two speakers to be detachable during setup so I could deal with one at a time. This is pretty minor, but having all the ports on the back makes it challenging to plug or unplug headphones.

Good value for the money. Don’t expect greatness if you’re an audiophile
First off - various reviews tank this product on sound quality, etc. These are not the greatest sounding speakers you will have ever heard - but they are of decent quality for the price, and aesthetic. High points: - Looks: looks are subjective but part of the reason I got these is for how they look. They’re interesting pieces on my desk - and the rgb is a nice touch. My units LEDs are not as hard to see as other people say. - Bass heavy: this is a win for me but may be a detractor based on your use case - Loud: these things can put out more than you would expect - I was surprised. Would be decent for a small get together at your house. Low points: - Equalizer: there are presets but no proper equalizer to speak of. Not unheard of at this price point but would be nice to have - Sturdyness: I would take extra care where you place these. The struts that hold the main unit up don’t inspire confidence. If you knocked these off your desk they would almost surely break. Other than that? Be reasonable with expectations. A large part of the price is paying for a brand and aesthetic. The speakers while decent, are not going to blow you away. If you’re expecting these to be Klipsch, Bose, or Sony level you shouldn’t.

Amazing sound for a 2.0 set
This set is amazing. I was one that had to completely re-adjust my sound settings in my Realtek Audio manager because I had it set up for the crappy monitor speakers on my 40". Out of the box these were easy to set up and get working too. They were a tad bigger than I thought but that is not a negative for me. Do not get discouraged if these don't sound like you want out of the box. I had to work with my sound settings, EQ, ect. to get it the way I wanted. Sound is very subjective and if you haven't messed with your sound settings, these might be good to go out of the box. Mine wasn't. After set up and placement I started trying things to see the difference. I was blown away with the range these have being only a 2.0 set up. Playing Elder Scrolls Online, I could actually hear something coming up BEHIND me! The speakers are set to either side of my monitor in front of me so needless to say, I was impressed. I am not an audiophile by any means, but being an avid gamer and movie/youtube watcher, these made it SO much easier to hear things and notice things I was missing before. The bass output exceeded my expectations, especially since there is no sub-woofer. These aren't going to knock stuff off the walls but they definitely could get you in trouble with your neighbors if you live in an apartment. This is a review of my normal model of the Nommo I purchased. The Chroma Nommo is said to be the same hardware, just with RGB and synapse support, so you can expect this review to work with those as well.

Decent gaming speakers
Decent speakers, definitely get the job done. Found the surround sound to be very clean and immersive. The bass with the knob turned all the way is just acceptable by my standards but I’m a bass head. Most would find it just fine I’m sure. They get more than loud enough, I’ve honestly enjoyed having them.

Crisp and Clear Sound
I have recently jumped on the Razer band wagon; mouse, keyboard, etc... Sadly, my old trusty pair of Logitech speakers finally kicked the bucket and it was time to find a replacement. I was leery of buying these speakers at this price point, especially with the mixed reviews, but I took the gamble on them because of how much I've enjoyed their other products. I've had them for a couple months now and I haven't had a single issue with the sound. Having come from a speaker set up that had a subwoofer, I was worried about the bass but these speakers put out a good amount of it. Especially when gaming or watching a movie. I think the only "con" I can muster is that they're fairly large in stature, if you're gaming on a small desk these may not be the best option because they do take up a fair amount of real estate. All in all, if you want some good looking speakers that pack a punch and add a touch of light to your desk, I would absolutely recommend these speakers.
