Really helped with my leaky garage.
3 sides of my garage are built 3 feet underground. Seller didn’t disclose it floods. This stuff is great. It really helped with two of the leaking walls.

Solid sealer!
Had a few areas on a flat roof that appeared to be cracked and getting water leaks inside.Used a big paint brush to apply liberally to damaged areas.Washed stains from inside walls.Never another leak! This stuffs fantastic!Easy to apply, dries relatively fast too. Stays pliable.I will definately buy this again if this problem rises.I highly recommend! One gallon did a wide area too!

Thinning agent used for too thick sealant.
Received 5 gallon container of sealant. Tried to stir to mix contents and it was so thick it took forever. Tried to apply sealant, using roller, and it would not spread; kept sticking to roller. We added mineral spirits as thinning agent and finally got the consistency needed to apply sealant. We used one gallon of mineral spirits to a 5 gallon container of sealant.

Stopped a roof leak I couldn’t locate.
Had a small roof leak on a very shallow pitch shingle roof. I knew the general area where the hole had to be. Poured about half the can on the shingles, spread it out with a paint roller. Next time it rained, no leak!!!

Interesting product
I used this liquid rubber for waterproofing my bathtub walls, instead of Red Guard. I used a 4 in brush to apply the first coat. Then I had an idea. What if I use the second coat instead of the glue, to put on Ovation tub surround? It worked pretty well. Time will tell how good it is.
