Seems to be an old product and it has jammed the key inside itself while unlocking. Pathetic

This manual disk lock is quite good and serving my purpose of locking my Bullet 350 motorcycle. I’m using it with another alarm lock bought form Amazon also. So, I usually tie both the locks with a solid chain entangling the steel frame of my motorbike. I researching a lot the same was bought. Thank you for this item.
