The right angle works great
My old cord kept coming out so I was happy to see a cord with a right angle. Now the cord stays plugged in.

Not bad, but a bit flimsy.
***FULL DISCLOSURE: Item was received for free through the Amazon Vine program in exchange for an unbiased review.*** While this cable / adapter was as advertised, I was not impressed with the build quality. While the braided cable section itself feels very stiff and robust, the connectors leave a lot to be desired. The connectors feel loose and flimsy, and on one end, the sheath slid off almost completely making it impossible to seat the cable in the middle of hooking it up; I had to pull it back out and futz with it to get it back into a usable condition. Maybe I just got a bad set, but who knows. It works, but I probably would have been a lot less satisfied if I had paid full price.
