Immune system boost
This was recommended to me as a supplement to boost my immune system. In the midst of family flu I took it and didn’t get sick. It’s certainly not a cure for anything, but I do think it was helpful. It’s tasteless and inexpensive.

South African source - perfect!
I am pleased with the product as the plant used is from South Africa. I am using this for an upper respiratory infection.

Seems to help if you take it three times a day as directed.

Antibiotic alternative

Despite having the same active ingredient as Umcka, it definitely does not work the same. And it tastes terrible!

Dropper glass tube broken
The dropper glass tube came broken. We cant use it as we dont know whether there is glass pieces inside the bottle. We cant return because food/pharmacy items are non- returnable. Very frustrating!
