Great product!
This is an excellent Roman chair back extension device. Very light weight and compact but very sturdy. I bought this to replace one I bought previously that had no gap in the pads. Huge comfort difference! Assembly was a breeze even though I have zero skills. 10/10.

Does the job well
I was concerned that this machine wouldn’t be as robust as the gym versions, but it’s solid and I’m able to do my routines not problem. And it can be folded and stowed easily. A good, solid piece of equipment & a good value.

It's good for just the simple exercise It's for
It's nice and good quality but what bothers me is when it is completely set up, the alignment of the parts sit slightly crooked. It still feels sturdy enough when I use it but its the first thing I notice every time. If you look at the pictures, it is slightly off on the main support. Idk if this will have an affect of making one butt cheek side slightlyyyyyy larger because of a slight angle difference..But the padding is great, the workout purpose works, value was great at the price at the time I bought it for.

Great addition to our home gym
This was a great addition to our home gym! Easy to put together, took less than 10 minutes. Folds up which makes it a perfect item to be able to store away when not in use. Very sturdy.

It’s just right for a small apartment.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:The price , I can fold it up and I can handle the weight of it. It’s also very sturdy and easy to put together.

LifePro products are by far the best choice!!
I got the Multipurpose Roman chair a couple months ago. I wanted to wait to make sure I could truly give an honest review. It is very light-weight, quick to assemble. We move it around the gym a lot and is no trouble. Both my husband and I are able to use it in many exercises. I prefer to use it for working on flexibility and core, my husband uses it for the strength building with weights. The options on how to use this is great because it is so versatile. If I gave any con about the product, I would recommend the base be a bit wider, especially if you are doing faster movements on it. I feel like I could move it with my movements... but I can be a lot when I am into the workout sometimes!! lol. At the same time, it could be how we have it situated, and, it is portable/compact so it is an even trade for me. We slowly add pieces into our gym and so this is a perfect fit! It is also great for those who are in a smaller living space because it is compact and you can do so many things with it.BOTTOM LINE: If I am looking for any type of health product, I look to Lifepro first. Their prices are amazing, the quality is phenomenal and their customer service is even better than their products. If you do choose to purchase a Lifepro product, be sure to join their FB group. The support is so helpful! I have 6 of their products and will continue to use them as my source because I trust the company this much. If there is ever anything wrong with your item, reach out to them and they will help resolve your issue. This is truly a company that cares not only about their products, but cares more about their customers. They even take suggestions on future products! So if you are thinking about it... just do it, you won't regret it!!

Uncomfortable - & don’t feel it in glutes or back
It doesn’t work and it awkward. And keep trying to figure out what’s wrong with it. Maybe the problem is the leg bottom part is too close almost pushing leg forwards and there’s no angled way to place feet at the bottom just on the flat floor. Plus maybe by the ankles maybe it needs to be a little further back? Idk. But it’s not working and it’s extremely uncomfortable. I tried a different kind of this at the gym and I loved it and wanted to invest in one. I loved it so much I felt it right away in the glutes. This thing however isn’t it. I tried to move it from tallest to shortest but I don’t think that’s the problem. I think it’s the ankle feet positioning. It almost hurts. And does nothing to the glutes. It says u can also do side sit-ups . By crossing your feet together but it’s extremity uncomfortable and squished. Idk soemthing is just plain wrong with it. I regret it a lot. And I’m too lazy to haul this to return it. Plus I would have to take it all apart! I don’t have the box either as I tossed it being to excited. If I were u I wouldn’t buy it. It’s almost pushing my bottom legs (not thighs) forward and I feel that once I’m bending and my feet are flat I think at the gym the feet are kinda angled or something I could be wrong but this doesn’t feel good at all and I don’t feel it in the back or glutes at all. Just in my wallet! Also if your heavy set I definitely would skip 100. Honestly doesn’t matter just def skip this plus returning this is basically impossible after building it. Like be foreal. Also there was a few parts that arrived a little damaged. The other mention is the parts aren’t labeled. The bolts are labeled but evry other peace has no labor sticker so you have to look at the instructions book and decide if it looks like the one in the instructions. It does show letters in instructions. But not on the actual metal pieces and not of the little bags either. U just pick a piece and stare to decide what letter it’s supposed to be. At least the bolts are labeled

size fits
I am 6' 4 and 220 which had me worried that this would not fit. On the highest extension it fits and I feel secure. That was my biggest worry. So why 3 stars you ask. Well it is has clear instructions and well labeled. BUT, even though I was careful in opening the box, the pad for the hips was cut. So I have a brand new chair with tape on a cut. Could have packaged it better.
