I purchased these because they have a lot of the vitamins and minerals I've been purchasing separately, all in one supplement. I've been taking them for just a few days but I already feel a change in my energy levels. For the past several days I have not taken an afternoon nap. Usually i can't make it through the day without sleeping at some point after 11AM. Also the b12 and folate are methylated. this is very important as they can contribute methyl groups. Most vitamins have b12 and folate but they are not methylated. I also love that this has K1 and k2. And minerals! Just an all around great vitamin and mineral supplement. I will definitely be re-ordering. Thank you to this company for making such a great/valuable product.

I love this vitamins because I used to have a pain on my feet and the pain went away, and I didn’t know why it was because it has the Acha Wanda in it and it helped me so much and I heard it on TikTok that that’s the one that it really helps you with any kind of pain so I am really thankful because this was one of the biggest pain relief to my life. thank you so much. I really like it and I’m gonna continue to take it. I was taking some of the multivitamins, but this is one of the best and it’s not that expensive so I think your health really deserves the best. I hope this helps everyone that needs to know a little bit about this vitamin didn’t know. Until the second bottle that I was taking so that’s why I have noticing a big pain relief on my feet so I mean there’s nothing to be worried about doesn’t hurt to take it big relief on my health i really recommend God bless everyone.

These vitamins are perfect for me. They don’t make my stomach hurt or cuz me to have the shakes where others have. Easy to swallow and the taste isn’t bad.

Of all vitamins I tried, this is my favorite! My Skin and nails looks so much better with this supplement. I liked the Ashwanganda for the stress support, but by chance saw on a brochure from my dermatologist, with info on additional anti-aging tips for at home, that this herb consumed daily improve skin quality and give it a youthful glow.

What witchcraft is this!? Housekeeper here, up early for work for an extremely physical job. I've just taken two of these multivitamins again today for the second day, and within 15 minutes I feel a fog lift inside of my brain to this wonderful calm, awake, awareness. There are no Jitters no crashes, just pure feel good, awake and refreshed energy. My mood has lifted as I am typing this and I just wanted to let you know if you're thinking of trying these multivitamins out, that you absolutely should. I am presently adding these to my subscribe and save cart because they're that good. Wow. (And I had margaritas last night, lol)

I stopped taking them because the taste was weird so I can’t say if they work or not

I have been taking these for a while now and have not had any issues. They don't irritate my sensitive stomach and are easy to swallow. I loved the health benefits of these as they were similar to the old ones that I used to take that are now no longer able to buy on Amazon. I don't notice a massive difference yet as it has only been a little while, but I was already taking other vitamins when I started this one so it can be a bit harder to notice a difference. So far these have been working great for me so I will finish the bottle and keep taking them. One note I will make is that these do have a strong smell, but I don't mind as I've smelled worse but that can be an issue for some.
