Short and long term quality feedbacks
Amazon is asking for immediate rating which filters items that are found bad upon reception / first uses. This is fantastic for weeding out totally bad items. However you do not look at the quality of items over time (after a month/ half a year /year). Many items do not fail immediately but do fail after some time and this is never part of the feedbacks. Please ask your clients of their long term rating of the items and this way weed out low (long term) quality / durability items - making you a "beacon" of quality and a valued supplier to all customers.

Plug-n-Play on Mac OS
This USB hub replaced two USB hubs -- one USB 3.1and one USB A -- that I'd been using on my iMac. I needed a hub that had more high speed powered connections and the ikuai hub more than met my requirements and expectations. The hub installed without a hitch. Its USB-c cable was plenty long enough as was the power cord connecting the USB power supply. The Mac immediately recognized all devices I connected to the hub and there have been no hiccups since.

Seriously, look no further. This is it.
True USB3 and USBC with power delivery. If you are looking for a hub that features selectable outputs - allowing you to turn a device on/off, rather than requiring you to plug it in/out - this is an excellent pick.the enclosure is high quality aluminum; the outputs are controlled digitally (no "on/off switches"); easily reaches advertised speeds.

Doesn't work connected to monitor USB port
I connected this to my Dell monitor (U3824DW) and it didn't work. After contacting the seller, they said this is a "multiple chips controlled hub" and therefore the USB ports on the monitor (or any other USB ports that you plug this device in) needs to be able to support this. They also mentioned if some of the ports work (i.e., less than 5 ports), then the USB hub that is connected to this device is a "single chip controlled hub" and therefore all the ports won't work. They suggest to connect directly to your computer and if all the ports work, then it's not a defective product. Therefore, before purchasing, suggest checking this point if you plan to connect to a USB hub instead of connecting directly to your computer. It would've been great if they mentioned this in a prominent area before purchase.

cleans up the wiring mess on a desk nicely
This hub makes it so it is easy to power and use multiple devices at once. I use it to connect multiple devices so I dont have to plug and unplug them from my pcs ports. It also helps clean up wiring as I can have 1 cable going to the PC but have this usb hub in a different place on my desk.

Flexibility
When we had to travel for a specialized veterinary clinic for our dog, we stayed home in a hotel. There was only one usb outlet in the room. With 2 cell phones, 2 iPads, 2 Apple Watches etc you can guess the difficulty we faced. I found this on Amazon and ordered it right away so that we would not have to face this in the future. The added features may be beyond our capabilities but it will be a solution to our problems in the future.

Very nice.
This review is for: Powered USB Hub, 11-Port ikuai Hybrid USB 3.2/ USB C Hub with PD Charging Port and 60W Power Adapter, Aluminum USB Splitter Including 3 10Gbps Ports and 7 USB 3.0 Ports for PC, Laptop and MoreI needed a good quality powered USB hub and liked all the features this one offered. It's not cheap, but I do think the quality is good. It's metal, not plastic.I like the 20w port on the end. I really like that it has the dual USB-C/USB-A tips on the end so you can use either one depending on what port you have open. The individual power buttons for each port are nice.Seems like it will last a long time.

It Doesn't Work
ikuai 11-Port Hub. This is not a good device. There are 11 USB ports, but as far as I can tell one is used only for charging other devices, so there are 10. Of those, three are UCB-C ports at (maybe) 10Gb/s, and those seem to work. The remaining 7 are USB-A ports at 5 Gb/s, and they just don't work. The electronics might be OK, who knows, but the USB-A connectors are defective. How hard can that be?I wrote to ikuai Support, two different ways, actually, with no response. Their support website says it is in maintenance, which I suspect is always the case. I believe that they are just hoping that I will go away - either return the $44 device or throw it away. And they get their wish. I will return it. It's junk. Never again ikuai.

Power supply didn't work
When using my own power supply from another product this worked exactly as I needed. However the power supply which came with the device did not power the device. I am returning the product for this reason. I may purchase another one hoping that it will work. But for 100 dollars I expect it to work.
