Can do a lot of things, but not all
I bought this scanner after getting a (new to me) 2004 Mercedes S500. This scanner at $250 is a great deal, and on most cars it does everything you'd need and more. However, when it comes to Mercedes there are many things it can do, but many things it cannot do. The main thing I bought this for was to scan codes so I could see if this car was worth keeping or not. It pulled codes from almost every single module, except SRS, which is impressive. When it came to fixing those codes that it had pulled it got a little difficult, this scanner does do what are called "services" on most models, it cannot do any actuations or specific testing. This means that I couldn't test each module to find the cause of my codes, the scanner was just basically telling me that some module somewhere has a fault somewhere down the line. Also most of the services do not work for my Mercedes, I tried the ABS bleed, transmission relearn, oil reset, and the SAS relearn/calibration, none of the services worked. However, I did try this scan tool on my 99 Ford Explorer and 2013 Chevy Impala as well, it read every single module and every service worked (at least the ones that the cars could support). Seriously though, if you have a specialty (especially European) car (Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Volvo, Saab, etc) do yourself a favor and buy that $400-600 tool you've been holding off on.

Doesnt work well with older chrysler stuff customer service sucks
I am returning this because it doesnt work with older (pre2004) Chrysler products. It says this when i try to use the abs module “please select the chrysler ccd connector otherwise you can not test the abs and orc module.”Also when i tried to contact cgsulit through their own website, the submit button on their contact us form would not work. I tried on three different devices. So it seems like they dont really want people contacting them.So this failed to work with my vehicle and on top of that their support seems to suck.

Has possibilities but….Falls short
Although this device seems to cover a number of domestic, European, & Asian brands, its ability to engage & work with some models (ie Subaru Ascent) in basic maintenance procedures was nonexistent per their email communication. It does appear to be a robust device for some makes but it’s claim to be work with a most makes is an overstatement.

TPMS worked at Honda Civic 2009
There are TPMS options, - Under the ODBII option, asking to select car make and model; however, when selecting TPMS diagnostic, it says, "This vehicle doesn't support TPMS."- Under the Maintenance option, select TPMS and car make and model. When running the TPMS diagnosis, it says, " Device Can't connect, check cable, or car."UPDATE (02/08/2022)Right after reporting the issue to the seller, they contacted me to address it.They told me to wait a few days for a possible solution, and I waited for them.Today, they sent me the instruction to update the software. Later, I tried again with new software, and it worked as expected.Electronic devices may not work as expected; however, if support is available for the product, there is no need to worry about it.Thank you very much for the product support.

Works as intended
Item came well packaged, but the outer protective cover for the screen was not secured to the screen, so far works as intended
