One reason is that I did buy for a small toilet. I have a round smaller style round toilet, I think Kholer.Anyways, it doesn't fit very well and if the installer would have told me before he finished it I might have returned it!It works well enough but the air isn't much to speak of and I can't seem to keep the seat warm yet. I'm still learning how to use it. Other than that it does the job as it should.
