KT Health, Blister Treatment Patch, Waterproof Hydrocolloid Bandage, 6 Count

I had forgotten I had a small box of these blister pads until recently .. but when I opened it there was only 1 left. As a professional skater, blisters can be bothersome. These have been wonderful so I just bought more!

My son had to break in some new cleats and got blisters. The patches are great. We pair with ktape and it works great.

Some days after a long run, or to much time in the river I end of with blisters on my feet. KT Tape Blister Treatment is soft and protects the blisters on my feet from rubbing against my shoes. They are waterproof and slightly stretchy. Clean the area of the blister and gently place the tape over top.(no pictures for this review because, who wants to see gnarly feet!)

I got these when my inserts gave me a blister on my arch when running. I haven’t got the inserts fixed yet so I put these in before I go since the skin is still open. These hold up very well and I have no pain while running. However, no matter what I try they come off when I take my socks off. I’ve tried hanging on to the patch too while taking my sock off and at least part of it still comes up which means within hours the whole thing will come off.I did also put these on and then put rock tape from my PT over it and that does the trick.They are super comfy to wear while running even with the blister open or not, and work well if you can get it to hang on. If you have blisters, still worth it.

My son who plays competitive soccer got a large blister on his heal from new soccer shoes. These pads allowed him to continue to play with minimal discomfort and allowed the blister to heal. They also remained stuck on for the entire day while at soccer camp. Will definitely stock up on these for future blisters.

It does work to prevent blisters & protect your feet if you already have a blister.But… it’s very tricky to get it on right & if you mess it up putting it on, it no longer sticks & you have to throw it away & start with a new bandage😞It’s too expensive to risk messing up & losing a bandage.The other thing I didn’t like is that if you use it with dancing shoes that are open toe, the bandage doesn’t stay on as well☹️The reason I bought these is that my husband is a professional dancer & I practice with him & also we go dancing for fun (not performances, because i’m not a professional) but I do spend a lot of hours in dancing/salsa shoes & these didn’t hold up well after 2hrs.I think this bandage is made more for runners or when you’re using a closed toe shoe.I do fun runs with my mom & these worked really well for that, we did a 10k and these bandages held up well.Still looking for a better bandage for dancing shoes, cause this wasn’t it.

I used these while walking the Camino de Santiago- still walking it. These little gems saved my two little toes from complete misery. Theses are now a new staple in my hiking gear/first aid kit. Sad as I cannot find them in Europe. I will definitely stock up on some when I return to the states.
