Was easy to install with a stud finder, a pilot bit and some lag screws. Allows bag to twist freely, and quietly. Built to last.

Pro:East to installCon:You will need loctite on the bolt and nut so it won’t slip.Added a 200 lbs heavy bag to a 4x4 with a 2x4 for support. The first bag session (1 hour) and the bolt was slipping off. So to get me through the workout, I had to hand tighten. After the workout, I added loctite blue to the bolt and nut. Two weeks in and 4 sessions of punches and kicks, no slipping of the nut. If you don’t add loctite the bolt will slip when you least expect it and snaps the metal cage. So it’s best to set and forget it as soon as you set up your rig. Much luck to you all and stay chiseled!

The hanging pieces are great but the screws are awful
The unit itself seems awesome. But I won’t be able to give an honest review till I can actually use it.The screws were just way to soft or something and I’ll have to purchase separate screws.

Works great!
Easy to install, works great. Added a heavy bag spring to drop the bag down some and reduce swing further, as it's in a tight space. The spring isn't as wide on the bolt, so it makes a bit more noise now. But it works excellent. Has been hanging and getting daily use for approx. 6 months. Highly recommend!

Na endlich, ein neues Spielzeug für mich! Der BeneLabel Schwerlast Deckenhaken ist perfekt für meine Bedürfnisse als Boxsack. Der Haken hält mein Gewicht und meine ständigen Schläge und Tritte mühelos aus. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität und Stabilität dieses Hakens. Außerdem ist es einfach zu installieren und es gibt keine Anzeichen von Beschädigungen an der Decke.Ich mag auch, dass es vielseitig einsetzbar ist und nicht nur für Boxsäcke verwendet werden kann, sondern auch für andere Ausrüstungsgegenstände wie Hängematten oder Sandsäcke geeignet ist. Der Haken ist eine tolle Ergänzung für mein Heim-Fitnessstudio und ich würde es jedem empfehlen, der nach einem zuverlässigen und strapazierfähigen Deckenhaken sucht.

Absolut stabiles Lager !
Super robust und astrein verarbeitet. Erfüllt mehr als gut seinen Zweck. Hängt ein 50Kg - Boxsack dran und die Aufhängung gibt kein Bischen nach.
