I'm really impressed with the quality of these resistance bands. They feel durable and well made, and the fabric is strong without being uncomfortable. One thing I really appreciate is that the band does not twist or roll up while I'm exercising, it stay securely in place on my legs throught out the workout. The elasticity is excellent; it provides consistent resistance and does not lose tension or stretch out over time. This makes them realible for squats, glute workouts, and lower-body training. Overall, these bands feel sturdy, comfortable, effective and I like the colors and look, making them a great addition to my workout routing, and personal gym.

My chiropractor recommended I get these. The first brand I bought was too long, so the tension wasn’t applying. These were much smaller and better for my legs. The tension is pretty light, and I have small legs. They could maybe step them up just a little more for resistance. They stay in place really well though. Great value over all.

These are, for the most part, great bands. I love having color and resistance options. They're easy to throw in a gym bag or store and they're super durable. That said, they are pretty thick and the material is kind of scratchy, so on bare legs they can feel a little uncomfortable. They also roll.

This brand was recommended to me by my Physical Therapist, it is a product used in the PT office. Excellent sturdy product it stays in place it is durable. I had a total hip replacement this brand makes quality products I strinly recommend this purchase
