We have used this company and product for several years now. Not only have we been satisfied, but we recently had an excellent experience. An order that showed on tracking as being delivered, was not actually received by us. The seller immediately sent a replacement which I received today. That’s the sign of a top notch seller.

Well, it appears I have not reviewed this product in the four years that I've used it, but not having done so will make it so much better. As I said, I purchased these cartridges four years almost to the day after reading the reviews of a few different brands, finally choosing this one. After 13 cartridge replacements, I still have one each of the photo and the high yield black carts left. Now granted, I don't print so much as I used to. The kids have moved on and I don't like cutting trees down, unless it's with my Husky! I have never had a problem with cartridge recognition, ink leakage (except for once which was my fault) or ink clogging and the inks seemed to last as long as my original Canon cartridges! I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs them for their compatible Canon printer (mine's a PIXMA MX922), so much so that my reason for noticing I hadn't reviewed them is that I am reordering them now, four years later! The reason you're even reading this review is because of the price. So I'll cut to the case and give you some practical advice that I hope will make this ink worth the buy.I'm a heavy color ink user so I've noticed that this replacement ink is not as vivid as the OEM ink but the difference is not enough to make me pass. Now for the big issue- Leaking!After opening my first package and having black ink splatter on my hands, desk, and printer I thought I would be more careful. Package #2 had pretty much the same result except in Magenta. Package #3 was yellow and I managed to only cover the tip of one finger leaving me to wonder if this is what my hands would look like if I were fingerprinted at a gay pride parade. The good news I had still had several unstained fingers and a good grasp on what I was doing wrong. Now unless you enjoy looking like you just voted in an Iraqi election here are a couple of tips to keep your tips ink-free.1.) Before removing the hard plastic cover from the ink container, put a napkin below it.2.) hold the ink face down, the same direction as it goes into the printer and hold it toward the back, not the front. There will most likely be some ink puddled so keep your fingers away from the opening.3.) After removing the plastic cover make sure you touch the opening to the napkin. It will absorb the ink and you'll have ink-free hands.Yes, these little buggers may leak and that's why I'm giving them only 4 stars but I'm good with a little ink on my fingers if I can save 60% over the Canon ink.

I used to refill my cartridges. That was a laborious chore that always made a mess and didn't seem to be worth the effort. This pack is an economical solution to both buying retail ink for a million bucks per cartridge or skimping and refilling your own. My printer (Canon) runs this ink without issue and I can't see a difference in the print quality from this to any other brand. I will be ordering more.Update 24/3/2017 I'm back again ordering more. I've not seen the leaking issue like some people are reporting. I still have several cartridges from my last order in my desk laying on their side in the bags without any evidence of a leak. Still recommended.Update 8/4/2017 I received the last order in 2-day-prime shipping as expected, but unfortunately I did have a few packs that included some leaking cartridges because they were not properly snapped into the holders. This caused the plastic bags to be partially filled with ink, which of course means the cartridges are partially not-filled with ink. They are still usable, but messy. I'm changing my overall review to 4 stars.

Absolutely every one on earth should be supporting this kind of product and price. Its so cheap I hope they make money and stay in business. Its also a much better quality ink then you would think. I bought a new epson printer and I also had epson ink. I got this stuff also just to try it out. I was printing hundreds of sheets of pictures and cd labels on various types of paper. From brochure paper to the glossy paper on the cd labels. I used the epson ink first of course. Well, over half of my prints look great and the other half are so so. Guess what, this ink is the stuff that looks great. This ink does not wipe off of the glossy and it looks awesome on the other paper as well. My wife has a masters in art degrees (medical illustration and fine art). She is even impressed at the difference this ink makes compared to epson brand.well hope that helps

I was skeptical at first, but after getting tired of paying $80+ for Canon 5-pack of so-called XL which lasted 3 months (apparently whether we use them or not), then who cares if it damaged the printer if I would have saved enough to buy more than a new printer after using this 15-pack. So, I went ahead. I'M PLEASED I DID!I did not experienced the leaks/stain, others have expressed, when installing them, but I kept a napkin ready just in case.It's worth mentioning that this protective cap design is much better than Canon's. Also, opposite to Cannon's "trust us" black, their containers are transparent as they have nothing to hide. It was comforting to see the tanks were indeed full.Print outs are good, including photos. Are they archival quality? Who cares anymore. Photos are digital and you can reprint new originals if they fade.Printer (MG5420) recognized the cartidges without any problem.FYI: We're casual users.
