These mats are beautifully made with the quality immediately apparent. I bought the queen which is very large and very heavy (70 lbs). It took up over half of our California king size bed and I decided I really want to bring it with me on my travels to visit family this summer all they can try it out. Everytime I prayed on it, within minutes I did feel aches and pains ebbing away. I did also feel that sense of calm and relaxation. One night I felt like I was coming down with a cold due to generalized body aches and malaise. After sleeping on it all night, I woke up feeling rejuvenated and well. The first night sleeping on it was a little difficult, due to its stiffness but they could not have done a better job passing it. I can and will sleep on it as frequently as I feel, I need to. I use the mat for 30 to 45 minutes after work most nights. It helps me to relax and temoves stiffness and most pain in my back and legs.

The quality and feel of this product is simply amazing. I am in love with my mat. It helps with my nerve damage, and external compartment syndrome (ECS)!!!!! Very rare to find something that works for ECS besides physical therapy and surgery. I have had both and ECS still came back. Currently in PT with surgeon oversight. My surgeon said he shocked how well the mat has helped my swelling in both legs.
