Mimics human touch
This little device mimics human touch.It's made of great quality material and it's rechargeable.It comes with a matching USB charging cable.I like holding it at night and I think it's a very useful product.I like it and I gladly recommend it to you.

Not what I thought
It feels really weird, I would describe it as like a small electric shock. I thought it would be more like a vibration. Unsure if it helps or not I will keep trying.

Not really sure what it's supposed to
Supposed to help anxiety/sleep but can't feel anything. Is it more like a distraction gadget or a placebo? Not sure if it's broken

It doesn't help with my insomnia just keep giving me electric shock a bit crap really

Very strange
I bought this after the thousands of rave reviews. Its basically the same as a tens machine, which I wouldn't put in my hand. It's a VERY strong and unpleasant feeling and made me feel very odd. Returned the same day.

Surprising results
I don't often leave reviews, but this one surprised me! Over the years I have tried almost everything to help me sleep. My mind goes into overdrive as soon as my head hits the pillow and I'm awake most of the night.But I have been using this for a couple of weeks now with fantastic results. At first I thought it was just a coincidence, but it has worked for me every night. It sends a small pulse through your hand, which your mind focuses on, which stops you thinking about anything else. Next thing you know, you're waking up and it's morning!!The only thing stopping me giving this a 5 star is that sometimes it seems to take a while to get it working or to get the settings right. But after a re-charge it's working fine again.Good night all!

Instructions are poor and item does not appear to help

Very uncomfortable
Not sure how this is supposed to help someone sleep, it sends electric shocks through the device. Waste of time and money.
