Apparently the person who mixed the flavoring has never eaten a hot dog, or at lease not any hot dog I would want to eat. Tastes NOTHING like a hot dog, and actually makes me a little queasy after I eat one of the candies. Oh well, I pretty much bought it for the container anyway, but if you're looking for hot dog flavored candy, look elsewhere.

This candy received shocked reactions from everyone I showed it to. The tin is a keeper, but the memory of the taste of this candy will last a lifetime.

Got these as a gag gift and not sure if they tasted true but definitely get a reaction when people eat them. Tasted more like hot dog water then hot dog.

I got this for a friend who loves hotdogs and candy, so what could be more perfect, right? First of all I was surprised by the size of the tin. Although very cute, it is very little. She was excited to see what was inside. When she opened the tin, the smell was awful. Can’t even describe it. But she opened one up and put it in her mouth. The look on her face said it all. She gave it a chance but ended up spitting it out. Said it was the nastiest thing she’s ever tasted, tasting nothing like hotdogs!
