Better than I expected.
Works as advertised. My first test was to hold a vacuum for 24 hours and it passed easily. No noticable drop in vacuum over the test period. The single stage vacuum pump worked better than I expected and is more than adequate for degassing epoxy resin. The pump was quite with minimal vibration. The stainless steel pot was of good quality and the top is thick and clear for easy inspection of the resin. The vacuum gage is oil filled for accuracy and the ball valves are of excellent quality.

Worth every penny
Works great. A must have if you do epoxy work.

Is good
Does what it says it should do. Nice heavy thick glass lid. Easy to assemble. The lid has a silicone rim, which is featureless (?). You just place it on top, centering it up approximately and its own weight holds it in place and seems to achieve a good seal. I advise you take great care not to marr the silicone seal ring. Mine holds a vacuum of -26inHg for over 24 hours. The connecting tube to the pump has band clamps that have to be screwed tight on the inlet fitting on the pump and the exhaust fitting on the tank lid. To use it, once you’ve achieved the required pressure in the sealed tank, you close the valve at the tank, then turn off the pump. The instructions tell you to relieve the pressure in the connecting flex pipe by opening one end. That is not easy to do (so I don’t). I wish they had fitted an in-line relief valve to make this practical. I may do so myself in the future. As stated, I fear I may damage the seal between the lid and the vessel, with any small marr in the silicone rubber gasket around the lid, which would make it useless. Other than those two concerns it is a good product at an intermediate price.

Nice quality vacuum chamber, great for stabilizing wood for pen turning
Replaced my vacuum chamber with side mounted vacuum line (which failed to hold vacuum). Very nice quality, thick top, oil filled vacuum gauge, with positive seated ball valves. Works well with my vacuum system. Very pleased (I use this to stabilize wood for turning pens).

Little Things
Pump, vessel and all components work as advertised. The simplest things you figure out as you go, but it would be helpful to make a dummy startup video, like 1st, 2nd, 3rd… I had everything hooked up and I started the pump and opened valves and nothing happened. I thought something was wrong. I went through a similar order and again nothing. The pump would bog down somewhat so I knew it was doing something, but no bubbles! Distraught I turned this and that, this way then that way nothing! Went upstairs came back down turned things on and bubbles, go figure! I hope I can do it again?

Mixed first inpression
One handle pulled off the pot just removing it from the box. Appears to have just been barely spot welded, if not just spot glued. Other side holding well for now. Well packaged and simple assembly. Vacuum gauge seems ti have less oil in it than others I’ve seen but will see how it performs.

Funciona bien

Au top pour les petits contenants, mon précédent était beaucoup plus gros et le joint a tenu 3ans avec exposition aux produits chimiques. Je compte bien préserver celui-ci pour augmenter la durée du vie des joints...

A must have for resin artists! There are a few things to know: 1. Get a good vacuum pump, that will make all the difference. I bought a cheap one on Amazon and it struggles, taking more time to get your bubbles out 2. Not ideal for fast curing resin as it takes about 10-15 mins to clear out your bubbles depending on volume and your pump 3. Use a heat gun to warm your chamber up before you suck out your bubbles, the process goes much faster 4. Only fill your mixing cup 1/4 full to prevent overflow of resin-I use silicone baking trays in the bottom in case that happens. It only comes with a small square mat that doesn't protect the chamber

0 stars if it was possible . Fresh our of the box and its immediately leaking air. Not slowly as might be expected from a vacuum chamber, but in less than a minute any vacuum is gone. I tightened all screws, all openings, everything; and I could still hear air leaking in still. An absolute joke. No Vevor product I've had has worked more than two weeks. Or a day in this case. The lid thickness is the only thing I can give even a modicum of credit for
