Beautiful vest but might run a little small.
A bit small for my husband but we will be returning for a large.

Not worth it
The material is thin and cheap feeling, the buttons and buckle also feel cheap as if they could snap with even a little bit of force. The seam around one of the button holes was already fraying on mine, causing the button to catch on it. It feel like cheap Halloween costume quality stuff. Definitely not worth $46. I plan on returning it. The only positive is that it fit as I expected it to.

The raised pattern is extremely cool -- women come up to me and seem compelled to touch it - "wooowwww, that's cooool."
