I am in Nail Tech. I use this for my clients. It is perfect in the winter months of Michigan to keep them warm and relaxed.

It is a really nice quality heating pad. I have used many and this is the best.

used the pad for neck discomfort - feels nice - good control over level of heat- feels comforting.

Great product and and a Great company; I own 3 different heating products from Pure Enrichment and when I had a problem with one a couple of years ago it was replaced with no hassle.

This did NOT reach 140 degrees as advertised, or even close. My Thermophore heating pad is WAY hotter than this thing. Buy one of those instead. Also, there is no heating element in the neck part - it's just fabric. The name "NECK & Shoulder Heating Pad" is misleading.

Much easier to use than trying to wrap a standard heating pad around your neck and shoulder.

This product doesn’t get very warm. My dog peeing directly onto my shoulders would actually be warmer.
