Q: Did anyone have problems installing it around the front window where the trim curves a bit? I have mine but have not installed it yet.

No problem installing it. I used a Z-Series X-Acto Craft Knife to trim it and it worked perfectly!!

Q: Do you think it will fit 2009 model mercedes c class - c180 kompressor?

No, this will not fit the 2009 C180 Kompressor unfortunately.

Q: do you have to remove old lining? Clear coat is still peeling. Will this glue directly on top? 2009 C300

You will need to use a cloth and rub/brush off any loose clear coat the tape line will stick just fine mine has been on almost a year no problems

Q: Does the moulding width change like the railing on the car?

It does not. The original railing in my car has same width all along, it is C300 2010. It fitted nicely all along the molding and actually looked nice too.
