Top of the Line Pot.!
Never again will I get took on a coated pot.. The coating in time flakes off and you're ingesting what does.. Stainless steel is where it's at..No restriction on temperature like coated pots either.. This is a one time for ever purchase.. Quality forever.!

Good Pot
It's very hard to find a Stainless-Steel pot at this price point. This is a very good quality pot, easy to clean and I like everything about this Pot. Only small issue is that this pot doesn't have a rim on top and when I pour liquid out to store, it makes such a mess. That's ok, I'm going to try not to use this pot when I need to save any liquid.

After Years Of Teflon!!!
I've been using teflon coated pans for years, shying away from stainless cookware because I always had this notion that they were harder to clean and food stuck to them when cooking. And stainless was more expensive. This cookware from E-Far dispelled all those notions! These are easy to clean, provided you don't burn your food, and the price for these pans is just too good to ignore if you're looking for cookware. These are a clad with aluminum sandwiched between 2 sheets of stainless for better heat dispersion, and less chance of hot spots that burn foods. The handles are riveted on instead of being electro-welded and should last longer than you or I.Stainless is also healthier than aluminum with or without non-stick coatings. And you cannot use aluminum on induction cooktops, something I'm probably going to get for the motor home. Gas tends to heat the interior on warm or warmer days. The only thing I would have liked is an option for a stainless lid instead of the glass. But with care it won't easily break. Just don't tighten the screw that holds the handle, it could crack. The lids fit well and are easy to clean. The finish on the pans are almost chrome-like! How long will they keep the shine? Dunno, but I'll let you know in a year or three.I'll be buying another set after I head back to the motor home and Arizona in November for the winter. I currently have the set of three sauce pans, this 8 quart cooker, and the 5 quart cooker. All for a bit over $100! And they look classy!
