Solid wheel, continues to work great after 6 months of regular use. Spindle does gum up occasionally due to use/friction, is pretty easy to clean and relubricate.

Perfect
The media could not be loaded. We had been looking for a larger wheel, but kept coming across 12 inch and 16 inch. So glad we found this one because it looks more official, especially with the wood.

This product turned out to be better than expected. Very smooth turning wheel and outstanding wood cabinet.

Poor quality
The overall appearance of the wheel was good. The workmanship on the wheel was poor cheap pot metal not pressed properly in the press in the manufacturing process don’t buy this product poorly made, and not inspected thoroughly from the manufacturer.
