The media could not be loaded. My mom has a star she puts out in the front yard every year for Xmas. She re-did the tinsel strand on the star, and wanted to get new lights. She was about to pick up a basic strand of lights from some store and I stopped her and said "Let me see what I can find online". I have a lot of experience in film/video/photo and LED's have changed the lighting game. So I found this set on Amazon and the price was good. We ordered them and put them on our star. WOW! My mom is excited that she can choose any color she wants, plus different multicolor combinations, and effects on top of that. The lights are definitely bright enough and the colors and different effects look great. I like the built in timer options on the remote so it will turn off automatically when the night is over. We just put our star up today and are waiting to see what it will look like for the first time at night. But I recorded this video in the garage after getting them installed on the star so you can see how good they look. The 66ft length with 200 LED's was perfect for our star. We were able to go around it 3 times (I used zip ties instead of candy-caning the wire around the metal). I used crimp-on wire connectors to extend the power cable so that it will go all the way to our house without an AC extension cord. This way the power unit and effects-control box will be inside and not out in the weather. I like them so much it makes we want to buy another set and do our porch or windows with. If you're on the fence about buying these, don't be. They're worth the couple dollars more to choose the colors/effects you want in a few seconds. I could see someone installing these on their house and then being able to just use the remote to change the look for different seasons. They're that versatile. You can do a normal Christmas color combo, they also have a spring/easter combo, a RWB for 4th of July, Orange/Purple for Halloween, and then Green/Red and White/Red for Xmas, or a White/Blue for a wintery non-Xmas look. Plus all the individual colors. They don't do straight Yellow the best, but that's not a big deal for us. If you specifically need yellow for your project, look for a strand that just does Yellow, as the LED bulbs will be specialized for that color.

After Holidays Update: Lights were still in great condition & working perfectly when we took them down in January. We left our backyard fence up as well as the oak tree. We’ve had a good amount of rain past several months & hasn’t affected the lights at all. I HIGHLY recommend this brand of lights for anyone wanting to invest in high quality strings for the holidays or even just to spruce up your property, restaurant, etc.I came across these when searching through 5 star product reviews for outdoor Christmas lights. All great reviews so decided to give them a try! I ended up ordering 4 sets of this & more of the shorter strands to wrap our backyard fence, perimeter fence, double gate & large oak tree in the front yard. Very happy with this product! It’s been raining a lot lately & hasn’t affected the lights at all which is great. They come with a remote with different effect options (available on a square connected to light itself as well) as well as dimmer option. Personally, I don’t see the reason any lights have the affect of strobe or quick twinkling so I only use the standard on option. Wish they had a slow subtle twinkle option instead. In all, these lights have a beautiful subtle warm white glow, great quality & seem like they will last for many seasons to come.**Highly recommend purchasing a dusk to dawn light outlet extension. I have all my lights running on multiple set ups & it’s the most hassle free option for us! Stick the stake in the yard, plug in, set your option (dusk to dawn or hours) & you’re good to go!

We LOVED these lights. The lights in our Christmas tree went out so we tried these this year. The lights are perfectly spaced and really are so pretty. I love the remote for ease of turning the lights on and off and we loved the different settings!

So bright and a led color blue

Lights are very bright, 328 feet long is long enough for most houses.The remote control is junk, it broke the second time I used it, button didn't work. It does have a control on the plug so that's what I use. I would buy again because they are very pretty and easy to put up.

The media could not be loaded. I spent a lot of hours reading reviews before I bought these lights. I absolutely did NOT want dull looking pastel lights. And a lot of reviews had people complaining of pastel looking lights. Let me tell ya, THESE ARE NOT PASTEL LOOKING LIGHTS!!!! These colors are BRIGHT, VIVID and CHRISTMASY looking. Absolutely happy with what I got. Made very sturdy. Will last for years as long as you take care of the electrical box every year and keep it out of the weather. I actually bought 3 sets of these 328 ft, 1000 LED sets- multicolor, red & green, and warm white- and all of them are of great quality with bright lights. Super happy with this purchase.

I used this on a prelit Christmas tree that I bought last year.. and when I put the tree up, only half the lights worked😭 I bought both multi color and clear.. and stung them on my tree and WOW!! It’s more beautiful than ever.. I will never buy a prelim tree again!! You can either leave on all the time, blinking or fade in or out.. and they also plug into each other.. I also will be purchasing more for outside!! Very inexpensive!!
