I have been using the Reusable Portable Female Comfort Fit Advantage Urinal System with Spill Proof Collection Bag for 3 years and it has totally improved the quality of my life. From this point forward I will refer to this item/product as the "Pee Machine". Yes, I call this my "Pee Machine".Due to my limited mobility and difficulty making it to the bathroom to urinate without having an accident, I was in the market for a product that was cost effective, convenient and would maintain some form of personal dignity. I am a 41 year old woman diagnosed with Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy 2B (LGMD 2B). After a lengthy internet search I found the Reusable Portable Female Comfort Fit Advantage Urinal System with Spill Proof Collection Bag ("Pee Machine") and was overjoyed because I finally found exactly what I needed. Based on what this product said it would do I couldn't wait to receive it put it to use.LOVED IT!!! Love it now and works like a dream. No more being afraid of falling on my way to the bathroom during the day or late night. No more accidents. No mess, no fuss, sanitary and easy to use.Now that I am completely wheelchair bound, I still prefer the "Pee Machine" to the use of disposable under garments while at home. I am able to manage it on my own. It is discreet and cost effective. Quite frankly, I would not be able function without my "Pee Machine". I tried this product in many different ways and not ONE of them worked. What a waste of money this was. I would warn people away from this product!

This new model seems better than others. The exit tube is of a sturdier plastic qnd larger , so when draining tge bag it is quick and efficient. The nozzle is obvious, very sturdy.It was supposedly designed to fold up and into a notch. This is a design flaw. But, thankfully, has no impact on the use of the system at all. That the tubing will not bend upwards into the notch just means tge plastic bag will not wear and crack.Using the cup is tricky. I always use a long pad wnd sit at the edge of the bed. When i position the cup, i need to hold and push the cup into my body to sewl the area so there are no leaks.i have to remember to check to be sure there are no gaps around the rim. Otherwise it will leak - which is not a fault of the system but myself. When i check , i just pull the bottom skin away from the rim so there is a big of a sealing.When i pay attentio , this'll work every time. If it does not work but leaks , it'll catch all tge fluid draining into the bag.Hope this helps

Really like the bag. You don't have to empty it during the night and you don't have to worry about it spilling. However, the urinal part is poorly designed for the female anatomy. When I urinate into it, while lying down, there is sometimes a small gap between it and my body, which causes leakage onto the bed. I think that, maybe the bottom side should be a little bit longer than the top side. As it is, now, I think that it is a little bit shorter, which causes the gap and, thus, the leakage.

This item was purchased and used by a bedbound female patient who was non-weight bearing and unable to make transfers to a commode. She was also on high dose diuretics daily. Given those factors, this Urinal made life MUCH easier for her and for her support crew. While some leakage did still occur, and while usage was a little tricky, we found that having good, adsorbent chucks under her and changing them after each use made a big difference in keeping her bed dry and maintaining skin integrity. Because of the diuretics, she wished the bulb could have been even larger, but the biggest issue seemed to be drainage during usage. Even so, we highly, strongly, absolutely recommend this product.

We have used these products for over a year for my bed bound family member . Usually they are great, however this time the opening is a lot smaller. What model has the largest opening?

This was the biggest waste of money I could have possibly made. The product started leaking between the tubing and the bag almost within a week of my using it. I put the bag in a garbage can so I could use it (as I didn't have anything else and couldn't afford anything else.) Then the connectors between the tubing and the "urinal" body started leaking; and not just a little either! I tried to tape that connection with the stickiest duct tape which only lasted a week, then it was back to leaking everywhere again. What a rip off. Old, disabled people cannot afford these prices just to receive completely faulty items Seller should be banned by Amazon for selling such a defective product!

This is the second one I bought. The first one lasted over a year!Manufacture recommends replacing every month or so. If you treat it well you can get long life out of this.While I am not Physically limited, I appreciate that it makes getting up to pee unnecessary. I can sleep with it between my thighs and not feel uncomfortable from it pushing into my body.Like the large bag that hangs on the foot of my bed. it holds my nightly output with extra capacity to spare.It works good in a chair as well. Great for long trips where a restroom may not be available.Several men have found this model to be very useful as well.Granted it is pricey. I feel it is worth the price.
