Obviously underpowered for win 10
Obviously this is an underpowered card. Even so, it can't even render moving a window around the screen smoothly. You should know ahead of time, it's the most basic and underpowered card possible.

Well packaged and easy install into DELL OPTIPLEX. Just what I needed to run CURA and Autodesk Fusion 360. Price was right and performance has exceeded my hopes.

not compatible with windows 11.
Even though this is a new product, the last driver written was in 2011. Windows 11 says "NO WAY" and placed this video cards driver on the blocked list. There are no updated drivers for this card.
