An amazing knife
An amazing knife, as a chef i love Victorinox knives as you cant go wrong.Comfortable handle, well balanced, stays sharp,and great for all jobs in the kitchen

As great as ever
Victorinox knives are the only ones I buy, there are other brands of course and I enjoy using the ones my fellow chefs have.But for me, I keep coming back to Victorinox. Thin, sharp, easy to clean and well balanced.This particular knife fills the gap I required between a large chopping knife and a thin serrated slicer, it’s lightweight and gives a decent amount of precision, I prefer the fibrox handle because it can withstand a beating that the wooden handle version can’t (and it’s cheaper)

Fabulous knife
Great size, will tackle the biggest joints. The indentations help with releasing the meat from the blade.Although it's light, compared to my similarly sized but much-more expensive Chef's knife, it fits well in the hand and while I had concerns about the weight before purchasing, it's not the slightest concern when using it.
