I already have a portable heat and massaging pad for my monthly issues… so I wasn’t sure I wanted anything else.Add to it …this is a TENS device on my abdomen… I love tens/stim and use it often with back and shoulder issues… but I was very hesitant to use it on my stomach area.However this also had heating with it (the main reason I bought this and not others) and I was confident if I truly hated it I would know right away and send it back.Finaly to add to all the above… my cramps have become increasingly worse the last few months (I have Endometriosis and PCOS!) and I really needed SOMETHING!!I’m so happy I got this.It’s been only a few hours and I wish I had gotten one earlier.While I haven't used it on very intense cramping yet, it already feels wonderful and warming and comforting (I never thought I’d say that about a TENS treatment). Don’t get me wrong,.. you can make it intense if you need to and should I have horrid cramps coming up I’m sure I will.But for now I’m happily charging and recharging and using it to relax me on the very first day.Wish me luck 🍀I’m sure I’ll ware this out in no time 😅

Really great machine and definitely helps with my cramps. Only negative is that after two rounds it needs recharging, which is not always easy if out.

I brought this for my daughter who suffers with extreme period pain and she’s loves it, says although it doesn’t completely take away the pain (which I did not expect) it super helps.Yes, it is pricey however worth it.

The devide was appreciated by my girlfriend and the 2 times she used it, it was great. But sadly, it stopped charging after the 2nd use. Have contacted the manufacturer but no response.

After suffering with near constant cramping all throughout the month, the first days of my period were agonising, to the point I'd actually burn my skin all over my thighs and abdomen because I'd be using a heat pad at its maximum. I have diagnosed endo and adenomyosis and it's been 3 years since my first and so far only surgery to address the issue.For Xmas my in laws gifted me a £30 Amazon voucher and I decided to use it to pay for what seemed to be a quality, durable, ergonomic TENS pad specifically for those of us with severe period cramping.After initially being really scared to turn on the TENS (I have a lot of weird fears and I'd never experienced ENS before!!) I eventually got brave and WOW. Game. Changer.All the pain relief I need right there. It is awesome. The variable settings are brilliant and it works. I can't rave enough about it.Why only 3 stars? I was bordering on 4, but the first issue I have is a pretty big one when you consider this costs in the region of £50 or so:- I expected for the price that it would hold charge a lot better. I get two uses out of it before it runs out of power. I need to run it two cycles at least 3 or 4 times a day on my real bad days.- The heat is focused way too much in one place and it gets too hot. I find it gets really uncomfortable, but I need some heat with the ENS for the best effect.- It would be great if it came with a portable carry pouch and USB lead so you can take it safely and discretely with you wherever you go. Not a biggie, but for the price, again I'd like those little touches.I wouldn't be without it now, but I don't know if I can honestly say it's totally there yet and worth the high price.

Very good product easy to use and sticky for a good few usages. Helps conduct the heat and electrical pulses well from my tens machine. Helps with the use of the tenat machine increase the pain relief as it conducts it so well will definitely buy again when I need more.

I have been suffering with severe painful periods my whole life which hinders my work and home life. Have tried everything but a tens machine....OMG ladies this is the best £50 I ever spent!!! Highly recommend 👌. Only downside is you just get one set of electro pads which for the price is disappointing, but they do do replacement pads (17.99 for 6!!!!).

Stopped working after a month, still waiting for refund. Good product though, helps my bad period pain for definite !

I would recommend not to buy. The refund has also not been received even after almost 3 months. Disappointed with both the product and Amazon service.

Aufgrund der Positiven Rezessionen wollte ich es dann doch einfach mal ausprobieren.Die Bedienungsanleitung ist einfach zu verstehen, doch eigentlich wird sie nicht benötigt, denn es erklärt sich von selbst. Einmal etwas länger den „On“ Knopf gedrückt halten und es beginnt zu kribbeln. Mit den Auf und Ab Tasten kann man die Intensität einstellen. Ein weiteres Mal den „On“ Knopf drücken und die Wärme wird aktiviert. Das Gerät kann ausgeschaltet werden aber so nach 10-15 Min. schaltet es sich von selbst ab.Der Strom ist spürbar aber keinesfalls schmerzhaft. Die Wärme ist mir persönlich etwas zu heiß, wenn eine Hose von oben das Gerät an die Haut drückt. Ich empfehle die Hose in der Zeit des Gebrauchs auszuziehen.Die Wirksamkeit ist absolut erstaunlich. Meine Schmerzen waren danach wie weggeblasen- ohne Medikamente. Ich bin begeistert.Ich habe das rote Basic- Modell nun 5 Monate und musste die Gelpads noch nicht wechseln (hatte mir aber welche dazubestellt).Ich spreche eine klare Empfehlung aus- ein Muss für jede Frau mit Menstruationsschmerzen!
