The box said leave on for 2-3 mins, this took at least 3 rounds of 15 minutes each to remove my clients lashes. I would not recommend this product to anyone.Throwing this away immediately

** Did not receive advertised product. I intended to buy the cream and received a clear gel instead. HOWEVER it did remove my lashes very effectively.I recommend using a disposable lip brush or micro-swab to apply to the base of your lash extension- NOT your lash line. Start with a small amount, I did this with my eyes open the whole time- pushing my extensions up on my eyelid and the product UP. Pushing down will get it into your eye, apply carefully and it should not burn. I only needed one round of 5 mins. on each eye.

I’ve used a fadlash gel remover everytime I wanted to take off my extensions at home. And in comparison to that, this product burned my skin so bad. Fadlash did sting a bit if u got it in ur eye or it touched ur skin but the level that veyes burned was unreal…First off, the instructions were like 3-5 minutes or something to leave it on then brush them off. That time frame didn’t effectively get all of my lashes off which then required me to have to redo the process once more after the initial application. And the second application really really hurt and left my eyes feeling so dry and burned off I almost just left the few leftover lashes on just bc this product had me wanting to cry out in pain and frustration so bad.3 stars bc yes it did it’s job eventually, my extensions came off in under 30 minutes. But burns way more than any other lash remover I’ve ever used, not just if it gets in your eye but if it touches just a bit of skin literally feels like your skin is melting off (ofc instructions always say avoid skin contact but this can’t be helped sometimes especially as you start wiping them off).The smell sucks, why does it even have a smell..? It reminded me of the time windex made strawberry scented spray that smelled like straight up vomit.I will literally never use this product again on myself nor anyone else.
