It's great so far!
This was easy to put together. I enjoyed my first 20-minutes on this rower! This isn't for rowing athletes, or enthusiasts, not even for serious learners of rowing. However, this is great for the average person who just wants to bring some physical activity back into their weekly or daily routine and just enough total body workout to lose weight, gain strength, tone some muscles while doing it gradually. I used to run, but after experiencing knee pains and not being physically active for a while, I thought this was a great idea to get back into it. I will eventually bring dancing and yoga into the mix, but this is good for now. Granted this is a very basic, entry-level rowing machine, it does give you the option to increase your workout intensity (with 12 resistance levels). Based on the reviews I've read, some people start with a 2 or a 4, but I'm in my early fifties, and was a regular runner, and can say that I used level 12 resistance during my first 20 minutes on this machine and I felt fine. But I would definitely check with a doctor first. Anyway, packaging could be better, though I received all parts undamaged and in great condition. I will be back to update this review in about 6-12 months.

Good Rowing Machine
This is a good purchase for the money. The assembly was easy, but it did take me a little more than 20 minutes based on some other reviews. I think if it's two people; then, maybe the assembly could go faster. The instructions were great. It is sturdy. It's a good machine to store in a small space. The rowing machine is pretty quiet, and it provides a very good cardio exercise. I'm happy with the machine.

Just right
Perfect! Easy to assemble in less than one hour. It’s compact for smaller spaces but completely effective in working out!

Rotating arms
I was apprehensive that I would not be able to set up, but was OK. (I am in my late 70's) I am pleased with the rowing machine. I got it to stay strong, in shape. I enjoy using it. I really like the full motion option for the arms.

I'm too short to use machine effectively
I chose this product because I wanted the full rowing motion - like machines I've used at the gym. I did not realize that I am too short (5 foot) to use this machine effectively. A bummer because it's well made and compact enough for the space I have for it. I think if the foot platform could be built up, maybe it would work. I called the company and they could not recommend doing that and they had no suggestion except returning the product. On a separate note, I was very pleased with the assembly instructions. I never got frustrated while putting it together.

I love this rower
UPDATE 9-4-25 Still love this rower. I've had it over a year now. Still holding up well. I kind of noticed that the level 12 could have a bit more resistance, it feels similar to the level 10. I still get a great overall body workout. The Sunnyfit app only has about 5 videos pertaining to this particular rower, but there is one I love and do 2-3 times a week. I still give it a five star. I love this rower. The sunny fit app is wonderful as well and I can link the rower to my phone to track my progress. They have a lot of different videos to pick from. I haven't worked out in a long time and it feels good to get moving again. I have had the rower for a week and have done 3 of the beginner videos so far, repeating them. Workouts really get the body pumping and u can feel the burn. It really gives u an overall body workout. This is a keeper for me!!

Quiet Enough to Watch TV While Rowing
Overall, I’d say it’s perfectly fine for home workouts. It’s not completely silent, but it’s quiet enough that it shouldn’t bother people in the same room or nearby, especially if you’re using it during normal daytime hours.

Buono come attrezzo per la casa, semplice il montaggio e occupa poco spazio in verticale. Per ora tutto ok

This is basically the same as the hydraulic rowing machine with the straight bar that moves forwards and back wards, with the only benefit being you can move in a way that the handles don't hit your knees. The resistance isn't really there, and level 12 feels exactly like level 1. This is of course going to make it feel very monotonous and not much like an exercise. When I use it, I feel like time stretches for so long, not like when I go for a walk, where the time flies by. It took quite long to assemble, but is fairly straightforward, with most the nuts and bolts where they should be, so you just into remove them, and plug them back in where they already were. All the required tools are provided, and the AAA batteries are also included. Thank you for that! It is very sturdy, but even on the first day, fresh out of the box, it squeaks. The motion is smooth, but as all hydraulic rowers, it doesn't "pull itself" back, so you'll "pull" and then have to "push", repositioning the arms back to the starting motion. This is not very intuitive, and the constant repositioning after each rep makes this movement quite awkward, and doesn't allow you any rhythm to zone out like walking does. It is similar to a "burpee", where you need to think significantly more to execute the movement; squat -> push up -> squat thrust -> squat jump. That is four movements for one rep. With the rowing machine, it is brace -> pull -> reposition -> brace. It is a lot to think about. With a magnetic or flywheel rowing machine the movement is much more simple; brace -> pull -> brace. The machine "pulls" back into the starting position. I personally bought the machine so I am use it as "filler", similar to NEAT movements, so I can increase my "calories out". Unfortunately, the movement isn't like walking or using a stepper, so I can't really do it for 1-2 hours. 30 minutes feels incredibly stretched and excruciatingly boring. It is approximately ~15KG, so should be fairly easy to move around. It doesn't fold, and storage may be difficult. Storing it upright in the corner somewhere may be best.

Very good machine overall — everything works as it should. The resistance does tend to ease slightly over time, but it’s not a major issue. The seat is ok and doesn’t cause any discomfort, even after half an hour of use. All in all, a great product that would be perfect if the resistance stayed consistent.
