Crow's Foot Drywall Paint Texture Roller - Apply Decorative Raised Texture to Walls and Ceilings

I used this after I patched up a hole in my texted ceiling. Not a perfect match but close enough.

Looks great hides popcorn ceiling pretty good but man it’s not as easy to use as the video claims… you will definitely get a good workout and use ALOT of sheet rock mud to get it looking nice. Secret is to put mud in a container big enough we used a paint pan for dipping the roller in after we thinned the mud to get the consistency and texture we needed. Second room looks better. Please remove the popcorn ceiling before applying , it will pull it off the ceiling when applying this due to the amount of water added to the mud to thin it down. All of this and we love the look. If you have more than 2 10 ft by 10 ft rooms to do buy at least two buy more. 2 rooms is about all you can use them on this size or a little bit bigger (the popcorn texture is hard on the rollers. We love the end result. Wish you luck

Overall, the product is great. We used it in a few different rooms that had patches that needed fixed and had wall texture everywhere else. Downside is that if you just roll it and do not sand after it dries, the wall is very rough, which is fine as long as you do not bump it or lean against that wall often.

Work great

Other videos show the crows foot pattern produced by a mop head smacked against the ceiling. This roller cannot produce the vertical lines shown in the photo so they must have used some other tool to add in the lines after the roller was applied. I decided not to use this and go with a mop head. Study the photo carefully to be sure the pattern shown will match your ceiling. In my case, I see now that it does not match.

Definitely not the pattern at all described nor is it the same type of roller shown in the picture. I honestly don’t know how well this will be using in mud because of the foamy texture. Not happy at all and sending back!
