I have a Coop Home Good pillow that's nearly 5 years old. It's firm and still supportive but it's flattened out over time and getting harder to sleep on. The last several months I've been buying and returning many pillows to no avail. After buying this Saatva memory foam pillow, I finally found one that mixes the comfort and support of my old pillow.If you like soft and fluffy pillows, this is not for you. But if you like pillows on the firmer side but not rock hard, this is perfect. If the loft was about 1-2 inches higher, this could be the perfect pillow. This pillow is pretty pricey at $185 but a good nights sleep is worth it's weight in gold. Highly recommend this pillow.

The write up for this pillow states "unlike traditional memory foam pillows, the addition of latex foam helps maintain the pillow's shape and loft, ensuring long-lasting comfort". This simply is not true. When I first used this pillow it was so comfortable that I almost bought more for the entire house. However, after just two weeks the pillow lost its shape and loft making it very uncomfortable to use. My head sinks down almost to the mattress with the sides bopping up surrounding and gripping my head. When I move it does not maintain its shape and loft and remains flat. When I return to the pillow for my night's sleep I find the pillow has maintained the flatness and does not shift back to its original shape. The memory foam is worthless. Ignore the overall ratings and pay attention to the customer ratings by feature: Support is 3.8, comfort is 3.1 and softness is 2.8.

This pillow is a must for side sleepers & maintains its shape & level of loft. I went through many cheap pillows before deciding to invest in a high quality option & boy & I glad I did. We have a Saatva mattress too & the level of service & quality is unprecedented

Loved the quality and was actually looking for a firm, not too short pillow however this was a tad too high when sleeping on my stomach. I may try the cloud sleeper

I tried a lot of memory foam pillows looking for the ideal density and temperature regulation. This one surpassed all of the rest and has really helped me sleep better. I love Saatva!! We have the mattress too.

This pillow for $155 is a little too overpriced for my *comfort* level of spending. It is super comfortable at first like I said in the headline, Over about 3-4 months, the pillow still SEEMS to hold its shape and support until you lay on it and then it flattens out more than it should. I've tried a few other pillows since this one. Just not happy, especially with the price.

Does product worsen my neck pain truly after only Less than six months of use, and when I tried to use the warranty with SAATVA They said the warranty doesn't extend to products purchased on Amazon, even though it's the same brand and the Amazon return window had closed by then.Overpriced and horrible quality
