Absolutely rubbish product
Arrived with a broken glass and poor protective packaging. Couldn’t get a refund as simply kept telling me that I wasn’t eligible. Seems totally contradictory to my consumer rights. Stuck with a ‘no gift’ and no refund and no way to speak to anyone. Despite looking at the refund policy I still don’t know why I’m not eligible for a refund on a broken item??? Do not purchase this item!

Would have been great.
The gift was great. Was really good quality and a great price. However. It wasn’t packed good and arrive with the glass smashed. Was a really thick glass too so must of been chucked around. Feel sorry for the seller.
