These bags are the perfect size for my canister. Having the convenience of just rinsing and adding them is better than adding charcoal to my own media bag even though this option cost more. So far they’re working great.

I use this product placed behind the filter in my marineland power filter. It is stable for 30 days, helping to remove nitrites, keeping my freshwater free from the dangers of ammonia build up. It has really helped to extend time between water changes in my, overstocked, 29gl tank. I still change my filters every 2-3 weeks, but my tank has never had any problems since I started using this Pro-Carb product every 30days.

Very nice and easy to set up canister filter. I have had other brands but this one made it simple to put in the medium I preferred for my filtering need. Very easy to prime. A really nice system. It has been running now for a little less than a month and I have had no issues. It runs quietly and is a very good system so far. It should be fairly easy to take out and clean when the time comes to do so as well which is not always easy with other brands as their size gets in their way. Make sure you get the version that will handle the size of tank you are running and you should be fine.

Great price. Came with the box inside a plastic bag, so the charcoal was not messy. I use these in the bottom two trays on my filter on top of floss pads. I discard one each month so there is always one new and one old to maybe get a little bio-going filtration as well.

Used for my 70 gallon tank. Canister filter change out every month when I clean whole tank. Using this helps my tank stay clearer.I have large goldfish and a huge koi in it

Ya, the price was competitive, but the product is not what was advertised. I thought I was ordering pure carbon. What arrived is a Zeolite blend. Not that that is a bad thing. Thing is, I already have about 15 pounds of Zeolite. I have it delivered every 6 months. Why would I have ordered more?
