It's way to small to function properly as a hula hoop. My daughter is amazing at hula hooping and this being so small just didn't work at all. Rubbish. It came in parts so had to assemble it myself which wasn't a problem but the product itself is useless as it doesn't serve its purpose.

It is actually a very small hoola hoop, for a preschooler. Quality is poor as well.
