As it yes the part illuminated really well. However.... the part in the video that's attached to this listing is very misleading. There is no lite illumination as far as it being on or powered. It only illuminates as the brakes are applied. There is also no dynamic illumination or turn signal in left right or hazards. Wish I would have known this in advance but nothing I can do now that my customer for the part has pulled his vehicle from my shop. Wasted my time and money. 2 stars because it works in general, not 5 stars because the lack of modes like the video shows it to have

Very bright. Lights up my whole back deck when brakes applies

I can only assume that mine is working correctly, it is barely visible during the day, of course better at night

Being that I was in an accident and my brake lights are out. This works great as a third light I would recommend for anyone who needs that third light or just wants to stand out.
