I didn't feel it was right to put my new Shichon puppy in a small crate for 8 hours a day while I was at work, so I purchased this playpen instead. It was the perfect solution. I set it up with his bed, food and water at one end, and potty pads at the other end. I purchased a washable potty pad to place under the entire playpen. There was plenty of room for him to play in the middle.It was easy enough to put together and is very sturdy. The acrylic panels are nice because it doesn't give that cage feeling to the playpen. It also prevented him from climbing out like many people commented on with the cage type playpens. The door panel is the only thing where there is room for improvement. It does not include the tool for the caps of the screws to tighten from the back side. I don't ever think I got mine on really tight and as my puppy got older if he bounced off the door long enough the screws would loosen and fall out. Despite this I would highly recommend this product. Even though this product is more expensive than others, the quality is worth it, plus once my puppy proved he could be trusted to have run of the apartment, I was able to sell it quickly for half price on the secondary market, so in the end it wasn't really that expensive.

The appearance is great and I had all the pieces to assemble it, but for some reason it’s incredibly wobbly and I’m not seeing that in other reviews, so I’m curious if I messed something up while building it?

This is the best, it gives my pug room to move, place , stretch and feel safe. She does try to jump out when I come home and she is excited.Need to order extension pieces

Other than getting 1 wrong pipe and not receiving the replacement I was promised it works well. Still holding together nicely, sender let me know that part had been sent through 3rd party. I'm still waiting on delivery. Was able to get missing part shipped in the mail. Seller responded right away but shipping took a while.

We actually love this kennel for our frenchy but it was missing the hardware for the door and I emailed swifthorse but I haven’t received a response, so unfortunately I had to give it a 1 star because it’s impossible to use without the door secure. We’ve had to wedge the side with the door between the couch and a marble coffee table with a large board blocking the door. If the company could reach out to me and resolve the issue, I would gladly change it to 4 stars because with all the pieces, it would be a great set up!

The item is easily assembled and exactly as pictured. We combined two of the 8 piece sets to create an enclosure for our rabbits. We ended up needing additional parts, and the seller responded promptly and sent everything we needed. Rabbits approve.
