Pleasantly Surprised by Mastic Gum
Initially, I was quite hesitant to try this mastic gum due to my long history with GERD and the challenges of dealing with H. pylori. Dr. Berg's mention of it on YouTube piqued my interest, despite his general advocacy for a keto lifestyle, which isn't for everyone. Opting for a different approach, I decided to mix the capsule contents into my juice. After doing extensive research and comparing various brands, I found that this one offered the best value. I am happy to report that it has been effective, with no adverse effects—definitely a worthwhile purchase for those seeking natural treatment options.

A workout for the mouth!!
Just be aware that mastic gum is alot harder than regular to chew and so can be a work out for your jaw & teeth - mine are quite sensitive so did have to limit how much I chewed!!

Damaged Product Received
The product arrived with a dented and misshaped bottle. The packaging was visibly squashed, and since this is a dietary supplement, I’m not sure if it’s still safe to use or if it might affect my health. Disappointed given the price and expected quality.
