Just what I needed
Just what I needed after my NEW Shark hand vacuum plug pulled apart after only two uses. Shark does NOT warranty the cord--WTF? But oh, well, this one works great.

The charger came disassembled???
It came disassembled??? This isn't a housing and component mix that can come loose, so I know it wasn't that it broke in transit. I know how to work with electronics, so I know how to put it together (it's not complicated), but having requiring the customer to deal with a PCB with a power unit on it when the average customer doesnt even know what PCB means is terrible.Also it shipped very late. 1-2 weeks late.

My first cord was damaged when the vaccuum was dropped. I ordered the replacement cord, careful to note the model number on the Shark vaccuum and the replacement. It was delivered the following day, and it works! It's so nice I didn't have to replace the entire vac.
