I cant get the Thai iced tea flavour properly. What ratio and do you boikd it ir just steep?

2 table spoon of Thai tea for 5 Fl oz of hot water. Lets it steep 3-4 mins is better but it will help tremendously that you squeeze the tea bag a bit before you take it out. Hope that helps.

What are the ingredients? I can't read the package in the picture. Does this have sugar in it?

The label says the ingredients are tea powder (Assam) and sugar, but on the Nutritional Facts it's listed as no sugar. Not sure which one is correct. In general this tea is not sweet. You need to add sweetener after brewed to make it sweet. `
