Alcott Hill Broadway Coffee, Set of 3, Cherry Table Set, White

BEWARE!!! The tables look very nice, but they cannot get them to you without being damaged. We ordered these for Thanksgiving and it came with the drawer to the coffee table busted. The cardboard on the box was very thin and the packing terrible. It took over half an hour just to pick up the broken tiny pieces of white styrofoam from the horrible packing that was supposed to protect it. We really liked the style and the color was perfect so we had them send another one to our house. Little pieces of wood fell out when I opened the box along with more styrofoam pieces everywhere. The coffee table side support was split in half. I really think if they would pack this in separate packages considering it was 134 lbs. or use really good packing or both, we might have had nice tables, but I wasn't going to keep doing this over and over. I will say that customer service was extremely nice getting us a replacement and eventually refunding our money.

first off the picture is wrong...you get a coffee table and 2 end tables not the tall table ...I guess in the end it was ok but you get a box with packing and pieces and by the time you unpack and put together and realize it is different it doesn't make you a happy camper...the packing has this crappy white Styrofoam that turns into little white beads that go everywhere...that was probably the worst part and then realizing it wasn't what I ordered...but the pieces look nice and are well built...there was some damage in some pieces but cherry stain touched it up nicely...in the end I was happy with the outcome...otherwise it would have gotten 2 stars
