After a complete prostate removal surgery my husband was using a major name brand men’s incontinence pad that he found extremely uncomfortable. After switching to these he said be would be ok if he had to wear them the rest of his life.

They do the job and fit ok, but the one strip of adhesive could have been longer to prevent the top from folding over when the shorts get dropped to urinate.

it is what was described. Seems to be fine for my application. No leakage, absorbs well, adhesive keeps in place, no bulky.

Decided to try these and was disappointed in the absorbency. Prevail Maximum is much better.
