It's not the rosé I was expecting.
I was looking for a dry 'French Rosé' style wine kit. I was surprised not to see any as most are focused towards a sweet / blush style wine. For about $40, I decided to give this a try. It comes with a mixture of dried fruits and spices, not juice, so you add sugar and water to steep to fruits/spices. Easy enough to make, with directions etc. After the product is done, I don't find the taste to be any where near a rosé, but it is rosé colored and its dry (might be better off-sweet/dry). I serve it really cold, almost frozen or with ice and it goes down with a bit of a bite. I gave it 3 stars because it wasn't what I wanted it to be, but I'm still drinking it and I'm hoping after a good bit of aging it will smooth out a bit. Also it ships from Europe which I over looked, so keep that in mind if you try it and are in the USA.

I usually don’t write reviews but I have been so impress with the customer service and the product offered by 24 7 HomeBrew that I felt this was the time. I picked this kit because it was a seven day and I want to have wine in the bottle for my Son and Daughter in law moving in to their new home, a scratch wine was not a option. I had questions and the customer service was back to me with in a day and very helpful. The wine was in the bottle and pretty good in 9 days ( I was working on the son’s house and didn’t get back to it) I think that sometimes five stars aren’t enough

Not a 7 day wine
This product was no where near ready when the instructions said to bottle it. I ended up giving it a full month in the bucket and then another 2 weeks in the carboy before bottling it. It tastes good, but it's not true to the name of a 7 day wine kit.

Wow, this came out of a little box
as a starter kit, this product represents a major victory for a beginner.
