i work overnights in a factory and do almost all of my sleeping during daylight hours. i bought this canopy hoping it would be comparable to the effect of black out curtains . without waking me every time my family needed to turn on lights. it is the best solution for us. it blocks out more light than the blackout curtains did and allows my husband to usse his work computer (located in our bedroom) while i sleep without waking me! total WIN10/10 would highly reccomend to anyone looking for a solution to shift work sleep issues! Also very aesthetically pleasing.

After searching and reading reviews, I was scared to make this purchase based on so many other brands having complaints of poor quality fabric and poor stitching. This is not the case with this one! Very sturdy, holds its weight, and easy to tie/hang. I will say the fabric is thinner such as lower thread count but you want that breathable material. I got black and it does a lovely job keeping out the light (night shifter here). I'm happy with how much I spent on it too, it's a fair price. The fit seems a tad bit small for my bed with larger posts however, there is plenty of tie to make it work well

I love this canopy. It looks just like the picture! Only problem I've had, which is my own fault, it makes my room really dark. The only glass to outside is a big slider on one wall. The bed runs parallel with it so the black canopy makes my room really dark during the day. But again that's my fault. I have zero complaints about the quality, fast shipping, size.. . None. Would buy again

The fabric is great, the color is gorgeous. It doesn't block all the light but it's not my main source of shade. It was easy to tie up but the ribbons break off really easily. The fit was good on my full size bed, maybe a little big.

These curtains are cheeply made and very clearly not the curtains pictured. The ties didn't even get turned and have raw edges. The side panels are connected so if you have a four-poster bed they can't actually be used. the material is cheap- think thinner than the quilting cotton at Walmart. These are quite literally the ugliest item currently in my home I will be returning them. This shop is using images of a different product because those are not the bed curtains I received.

I noticed a lot of people talking about the ties. I did it that way, and found it didn't hang right on my bed. I thought about it, and flipped it over entirely. It looks beautiful, and fits our frame nicely. If your having problems with ties, I suggest completely flipping it over, and securing the ties underneath. Yes, it does put it technically upside down, and the mesh curtains on top, but it stops that problem and looks great, at least with the black on black, and I'm sure the grey and white will look great too.

I put mine inside out and draped it over my canopy posts as opposed to tying them as pictured. I love how it drapes this way!

Perfect to give you that cozy cave feeling. Beautiful up. Pay attention to tags when installing.
