EDIT- This stopped working after a week, there was little to no vapour coming off it and I also noted that the plastic on the lid started to rot away So I've changed my star rating to a 1 due to these issues. POOR QUALITYI noticed it creates a far better vapour with the light turned off. When the light is on the vapour isn't as good.When it's switched off there is a subtle white light that glows and makes it look like the embers are glowing.One thing I will say is make sure the water level is way below the "max" line. I had the water level on the line and it hardly produced any vapour , so I removed some water and it was fine. The water lasts a while so no need to constantly top it up. I had mine on for 6 hours and there is still plenty water in the tank.Not sure how long it will last as I bought a Volcano diffuser from the same manufacturer and it stopped working after about 6 months, so time will tell.

this was a christmas present for my elderly aunt and when I ordered this I was under the impression this was under a year's warranty as with all electrical equipment

I have had it for not even a week and worked perfectly fine however it stopped working within 6 days of me having it. Was really disappointed

I like this diffuser because it is easy to operate. Remove the top. Fill to the maximum capacity shown clearly on the inside of the diffuser. Add a few drops of essential oils. Plug the USB cable into a block. Depress the button on the back and the diffuser lights up.The front fireplace lights up as well as the condensation coming out of the top of the diffuser. The wispy orange condensation is mesmerizing.I recommend this diffuser!

Ok so this is looking absolutely amazing. It is small, please check the size as it is not a big one. But it is an oil diffuser and for an oil diffuser it takes up quite some space even though the inside capacity is 270 ml. I absolutely love the fireplace design and the lovely flames. It would have been great if it had fire crackling sounds, that would have been amazing, but you can choose your own music on the background on a Tv or phone to go with the beauty of this.When not plugged in it looks a bit plasticky, but when on it is mesmerising.Works very well as an oil diffuser and does feel the room with pleasant fragrances. In order to work it needs to be plugged in. I had to use a powerbank in some instances to make it more portable, but it does drain the powerbank quite fast in a matter of hours on continuous work. Which I guess is fair and not a surprising thing. This is now the only oil diffuser I use and I move it around the house with me.
