These are brilliant. I used to have real high arches. Now they've crumbled, I've now got problems with my knees and all kinds of pain. These have helped ease it all. Brilliant support. My legs walk straight again.

I bought these insoles after they were recommended by my sports massage therapist, and I’m really glad I did. They’ve definitely helped ease the knee pain I was having, especially during and after long walks or runs. At first, they took a bit of getting used to, but once I adjusted, they made a noticeable difference in comfort and support. They’re really easy to move between different pairs of shoes, which is super convenient. I’ve also hand-washed them a few times to freshen them up, and they’ve held up perfectly with no issues. Overall, definitely worth the money a small change that’s made a big difference!

I have bunions and these relieved all the pain (well, along with wearing shoes with a big enough toe box). The 'high volume' description made me worry about how well these would fit into my shoes but so far, so good. If you take out the flimsy existing insoles, they fit perfectly into Dr Martens boots, leather Chelsea boots, trail running shoes, trainers, walking boots, wellies etc. The only shoes they don't seem to fit into are Converse high tops. Only docked one star because they still seem pretty pricey for what they are!

I use the superfeet green insoles as I previously had plantar fasciitis and theses really helped. I have these insoles in all of my shoes and they are really supportive and comfy.

I’ve put these into my ice skates and they are working well no cramping all is good,

I bought these as an experiment for my ski boots as they were advertised on a boot fitting website page. Tried them and not much to report back really. They're a pair of supportive insoles, so not sure what all the marketing claims (orthotic) are about. Less comfortable than moulded ski boot insoles. Back to square one. Now use them in a pair of walking shoes. Sorry, can't get more enthusiastic than this, but they're a satisfactory purchase

Accurate to size - comfortable. Bought two pairs!!

I have used these for many years now. They are far the best arch supports in have ever used. I have tried several others, but nothing comes close to how good these are.

I have used them for 10+ years and they reduce knee and ankle pain on long hikes. The green ones have good arch support. I now use in all my shoes including dress shoes for work - just wish they had a cheaper multipack.

Love these inserts. Supports my arches. Corrects the way my foot rests in my shoe. Should fit most shoes. Always fit mine. Helps with my foot pain.

I have a problem with my foot hurting from longer walks for a while. Physiotherapy and other insoles has not had desired effect. Could be that from using Superfeet Green insoles for months that my foot is feeling better after longer walks. Great stability, fit, comfort and helpful in aligning the foot the right way

These and the soles brand are both good durable insoles for people needing arch support. They are stiff enough to work well.
