Forced into replacing external Hive cameras as they are becoming bricked at the end of this month. Did a lot of research to identify a suitable replacement. As I already had a wired system, I wanted a like-for-like replacement and I must admit that I have not been disappointed. Installation was fairly easy (diy using existing holes through walls from the previous system) and the adjustable fastening means that it is straightforward to get the camera pointing just where you need it. Connection to Wifi was easy - wired to the back of the router to set the Homebase unit up and then fully wireless. Camera quality is superb - both day and night - and the local storage means that I am really looking forward to not having to pay a monthly subscription. Overall, I am really impressed.

I purchased this the day it came out as I have been a Eufy Customer for years now and I was wishing they made a wired, 4K, and 24h hour recording security system. They've ticked all the boxes and I I didn't have to get a DVR. The 4K cameras look nice and crisp and 24h video playback is smooth to browse through. This is really well done. Eufy is very supportive when you reach out to them which has earned them the final star on my review.My one wishes: I hope that they continue to refine the softwear further. I use other cameras and their apps open much quicker than Eufy's which is a shame and bizarre because they're lower-end products and lower quality.

The media could not be loaded. Firstly this isn’t a wired cctv system as claimed, it’s still wireless and relies on either a built in WiFi channel or can also extend over my home WiFi for larger systems. I can’t see any of the adverts that actually say this, as without a solid home WiFi system this wouldn’t work for me hence only 4 stars. It also means in a dense area with lots of wireless interference it may limit the performance.For the system itself it is a very good system which is expected for £550. Installation tool minutes and worked flawlessly and the quality is exceptional for a wireless system. I have been sent a lot of competing systems and although this isn’t as good as a fully wired system that uses Ethernet cables and power over Ethernet, this is a fantastic system where installation just needs conveniently located plugs.The video quality is very good, these cameras output a great quality that can read number plates easily and good details in faces to record who is entering. It also has some very smart features with facial detection to know who is coming home and send push notifications to my phone with images if I want. It also has AI car and pet detection which is a nice feature.The night quality works really well and has a built in spotlight that can be triggered by motion which makes it great for notifying people entering the grounds that they have been detected.It comes with 1tb of storage which is limited for 4 4k cameras, ideal for motion only recording but would struggle to get a week with continuous recording. It does have a nice feature that links the cameras so when one detects motion it records nearby cameras and can follow people from camera to camera.Overall for a simple install this is a good value for money as it works very reliably with no configuration or running cables all over the house, however it is expensive for the luxury of an easier install. It works much better than a battery system though and hasn’t had any drop outs like my wireless system did.

I've got 4x E330 4k, E340 doorbell and a couple of S220 solar panel cameras. All work great, good picture, decent range on wi-fi. Very happy, would recommend.

We upgraded a 10 year old wired system. So the advances in technology made a big difference to the quality of the picture etc. All was fine for 3 months. I must say sometimes the playback doesn't work so well. However, a few days ago one of the cameras has stopped working. It is impossible to reach anyone on the phone. The live chat you initially get a bot. Eventually you can speak to an agent. But invariably the issue has not been addressed still within 2 straight days of contacting via the chat. The agents keep telling me they are escalating to a manager who will be in touch withing 12 hours. Then I get an email each time asking for more details which I have already given and saying they will respond within 1 to 2 business days. Meanwhile we don't have a security camera working that we rely on heavily. Honestly save your money and go for a hard wired system. The price is about the same if not slightly cheaper. We will not be buying any more Eufy products.

I have 32 Eufy cameras in total and i have been very impressed over the years however... E330 has disapointed me, false alarms and poor human detection, my car bonnet is not a person and neither is my front door, i have now had to reduce detection so that they are now linked event cameras to the much better performing Battery cams, i can not send them back as holes have been drilled for the power leads and as an HGV driver have very little time to reverse this install, eufy and Anker as a whole is a marvelous high quality company and also have 2 robovacs and scales and all are perfect untill this was purchased...
